The Business Check-in

How much of the business still runs on you?

Twenty statements, about five minutes. You get a score out of 100, a score for each of five parts of the business, and where I'd start. 80 is the mark to aim for.

Before you start

Score each one honestly

1 means not at all. 5 means completely, every week. Score how it is today, not how you want it to be. Nobody sees your answers but you and me.
